WALLS OF SILENCE APPENDIX 4 NEW INCIDENT OF HARASSMENT: RICK NEWMANN EMPLOYS POLICE TO STALK, ENTER & HARASS   Part 1 The incident This document serves as a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred on December 13, 2024,  involving repeated harassment, stalking, and privacy violations at my residence. These actions, committed by Property Manager Rick Newmann and others associated with the property, constitute violations of my rights under Minnesota state law, federal law, and tenant protections. Subpart 1 Incident Description At approximately 12:04 p.m. I was woken by the sound of someone attempting to enter my apartment. Upon hearing movement at my door, I verbally acknowledged the disturbance by asking, "Is that my door?"
