SECTION 7 TITLE 7.2 NEWMANN STRIKES AGAIN: MALE PRIVILEGE AND AUTHORITY, OVERSTEPPING BOUNDARIES, VIOLATES MY RIGHTS

WALLS OF SILENCE SECTION 7 TITLE 7.2 NEWMANN STRIKES AGAIN: MALE PRIVILEGE AND AUTHORITY, OVERSTEPPING BOUNDARIES, VIOLATES MY PRIVACY RIGHTS   Rick Newmann’s recent actions serve as yet another example of unchecked entitlement and the abuse of authority, highlighting a disturbing pattern of interference in my personal life. By tampering with my federally protected mail, he violated the critical safeguards I rely on through the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP). His unlawful actions not only breached federal law but also further exposed the systemic inequities faced by Soulaani people in Minnesota—particularly regarding the disregard for personal boundaries and the denial of fundamental rights. The Incident: A Calculated Breach of Trust and Privacy As a participant in the ACP, my mail is routed through secure channels to protect my privacy and safety. Yet, Newmann chose to retrieve mail from an unauthorized location and deposit it into my mailbox using his mast...

SECTION 7 TITLE 7.3 NEWMANN STRIKES AGAIN: VIOLENCE

WALLS OF SILENCE SECTION 7 TITLE 7.3 NEWMANN STRIKES AGAIN: VIOLENCE     Trigger Warning Legal Abuse Syndrome Trauma Ranting  There was yet another issue. This one has delayed my move-in date from November to December — documents . This marks the third time I’ve encountered such delays, risk and emotional distress with Newmann over documents. I’m irritated. While I awaited resolution in a house plagued by mold, without heat or hot water in the depths of a Minnesota winter because of the racist employee’s at the local energy assistance program's racial biases. ( For the record, I have receipts for every claim I make—so, don’t come for me, and I won’t come for you. I need to express what’s gone on here .) This delay is merely the latest chapter in a long struggle, spanning over 1,700 days of illegal homelessness, brought on by the systemic racism within the housing authority by now, this the same authority obstructed my attempts to escape 16 years of maltreat...

WALLS OF SILENCE SECTION 4 TITLE 4.1 : FIRST EFFORT TO STAY AWAY FROM NEWMANN & SARAH THE FIRST ACT OF AGGRESSION: PREDATORY ENVIRONMENT     Witnessing passive violence in plain sight and then being victim of it Moving into a new home is supposed to be a fresh start—a chance to rebuild and find peace. Yet, from the very first day I encountered a chilling display of power and abuse that shattered any illusion of safety. Despite paying the $700 safety deposit and anticipating a smooth lease signing, I encountered an environment marked by abuse, control, and degradation. Upon arriving to sign the lease, I was greeted by an inebriated woman, Sarah, who claimed property management was on the roof. Because of my physical limitations, I waited, though her visible intoxication made me uneasy. I witnessed Sarah, a woman visibly struggling to cope with her circumstances. Her inebriation and demeanor reflecting the weight of her situation. When property managers, ...
