SECTION 6 UNINHABITABLE CONDITIONS INTRODUCTION

Caution: The following section contain graphic evidential photos. In this section, I'll present a detailed account of numerous Residential Lease Agreement violations and other egregious conditions that rendered Don Klyberg's property Cedar Manor Apartments physically uninhabitable.

This includes severe cases of animal abuse, resulting in common areas overwhelmed with the stench of urine and feces, a pervasive infestation of blood-feeding insects both inside the unit and in shared spaces tracking from those common areas, a severe roach infestation, and a persistent, noxious odor of animal waste that pervaded the living quarters.

In addition, I will document the failure to maintain essential appliances, exacerbating the property's deplorable state.

Beyond the physical conditions, incidents of sexual harassment, stalking, physical assault, and retaliatory actions (including property conditions) from Don Klyberg's onsite two man tenant and property management team Anthony Anderson and Rick Newmann, compounded the unbearable living situation.

Photographic evidence, illustrating the extent of these violations, will accompany my testimony, underscoring the breach of habitability and other tenant rights under the lease agreement.
