During that January 18th mailbox incident it became apparent once again that Anthony Anderson was innocent; he had no knowledge of what Rick Newmann or Sarah had been up to. However, his lack of awareness does not absolve him of responsibility. The phone number he provided on my rental application was disconnected, which points to negligence on his part. 

Additionally, whatever the reason, it is often Anderson who signs and delivers the documents that Newmann prepares. [see adult grooming] These documents are illegal, false, or conceal the fact that I was defending myself by doing exactly what Rick Newmann did to me. At the time, it was the safest way to get a bully to back off. If I hadn't resisted the times that I managed to resist and instead remained totally silent and passive, I am certain I would be in a much worse condition right now. However, Rick Newmann had Anthony send me a warning for the same act that Newmann himself committed first. It’s discrimination.

When I printed Rick Newmann’s messages to me in an effort to break up a mob—once again resisting without confrontation—Anderson went about collecting the messages so the public wouldn’t see them. He was protecting Newmann, even though Anderson knew by then that Newmann was sexually harassing me. Anderson would be in the unit beneath me, making disparaging comments about me (a social pastime), intentionally loud enough to be heard. Printing the text messages and sharing them publicly was proof of the motive behind all the mean-spirited comments and harassment Newmann was engaging in. Yet Anthony Anderson’s behavior demonstrated he was determined to maintain the charade on Newmann’s behalf regardless. [see adult grooming]

When Newmann issued an eviction notice the same day I told him to stop harassing me in writing, I sent a response to the allegations in the notice. I watched from the office window as Anthony Anderson took the notice off the door and threw it in the dumpster without reading it. He was laughing a mean-spirited laugh while on the phone, likely with Newmann, as notices were being pulled off doors in Newmann’s building at the same time. [see adult grooming]

Though Anthony Anderson does appear to be someone in a vulnerable position, seemingly in need of housing and emotionally abused by Newmann, thereby presenting as a victim, he still fully engages in this male-privilege, misogynistic, brutish, and degrading behavior as if to mirror and idolize Newmann. Victim or not, he bears responsibility for his role in what has happened to me during tenancy as well. [see adult grooming]

There is a clear reason why Rick Newmann handles all the business, money, and decision-making, yet Anthony Anderson was the sole individual to sign the lease in the place of the landlord. Similarly, there is a reason Don Klyberg only involves himself when there is a financial issue. Beyond that, Klyberg is nothing more than a ghost, operating from an address two hours away while Newmann functions as the de facto owner.

It is evident that Newmann learned from the best. Sleaze Rule #101: enjoy all the benefits and assume none of the responsibility; commit all the crimes and face none of the accountability. This realization confirmed that Rick Newmann is the patterned predator. In time, the future would reveal his past. But Anthony Anderson's submissive complicity in attacks and heavy hand with women fuels Newmann's inappropriate authoritative thinking, thus his behavior. [see adult grooming]

Finally, he keeps his disabled girlfriend and her developmentally delayed sister around Newmann even when he's not around because she becomes too intoxicated to leave. On November 28, 2024 before I got my camera out or got to speak to her where she had clamed down significantly, she was screaming in what truly sounded like genuine panic That she and her sister never wanted sexual contact with Newmann and she didn't want to do it anymore. Throughout my life, I've seen plenty of women in abusive relationships—its not easy to break those patterns and leave after they've set in for a long time. I don't think falling back into habit negates someone being a victim of violence, sexual or otherwise. Particularly, when people weren't opening the door for her in the moments after the alleged attack and didn't really seem to care all that much once they did. Police wouldn't show up. Tony is unwell and couldn't protect her if he wanted to. She said in the video she had to go to a hotel. These people are vulnerable for housing an Newmann has been exploiting them for years. 

I consider myself a pretty tough and intelligent person and he still manage to debilitate me without me having contact with him and I have felt depressed since the April sexual advance in the office. I am not someone who struggles with depression. 

When dealing with someone such as Newmann whose committed so many acts against me as a renter, that does not know the man and doesn't even speak to him—hell bent eating away as my self-esteem and self-sufficiency, doing all kinds of emotionally manipulative and sexually inappropriate slights just so that I become complicit in long-term sexual abuse through erosion  I can sympathize with her mind might be as far as helplessness and therefore returning to activities she doesn't want to be involved in. 

Especially, when you consider Newmann actually using her phone number and having her communicate with me during the last attack knowing I talked with her the on November 28, 2024 and have never spoken to her before that. Certainly, haven't and wouldn't provide my number or speak with her about a rental issue. That's clearly, what an act an abuser would commit for a victim to gain his approval—isolate yourself from people that might support you and attack my targets?! Sheesh Sarah was also residing with Newmann the day she physically assaulted me. 

I don't view these repeating patterns of behavior as coincidental. I don't see how anyone could. In my observation, the woman is a victim of Newmann and even if brief and fleeting—in a moment of sobriety on November 28,  2024 she had the clarity and courage to say I don't want this touch or this connection. Anderson bares some responsibility in assisting her in remaining in an inebriated, pliable state an arms length from Newmann whilst apparently turning a blind eye for Three Years while your girlfriend and her sister have non-consensual relations with your buddy. Seems like you should not have keys to renter's apartments, mailboxes or be trusted in an employment position of authority either; maybe fast food, cart collection, shelf stocking—I'm just saying somewhere that people can see exactly what you're doing.
