SECTION 2 ABOUT ME: INTRODUCTION

 

 

In this section, I will present written testimony, medical records, and detailed explanations of my physical disabilities which are: Chiari Malformation, Stage 2 Hypertension, Pericardial Effusion and concerning Abdominal Hernia. Additionally, I will provide medical evidence & explanation of my mental health disability, which is Legal Abuse Syndrome, formally documented as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD ) F43.12. I will also provide an explanation of my status as an Internally Displaced Person (IDP) and American Refugee.

Finally, I will include written testimony and photographic evidence of how I maintained my living space prior to the infestation taking over. Due to my unique health concerns, it is crucial for my well-being and daily functioning that my living environment remains free from unsanitary conditions, infestations, and violence—standard expectations for any residence.

However, I am impacted by these conditions more severely than someone in good physical health. Where someone else may be bothered, I almost certainly will end up hospitalized under a surgeon’s knife because of the toll an environment is taking on my body and my mind. Thus, I do not require any special accommodations beyond the dignity of a safe, independent living space where my privacy and personal boundaries are respected so that I may attend to private matters—such as my physical health, given the complexities of my physical condition Chiari Malformation which includes both brain and body medical impact. I have always maintained such a standard—independent of the negative impact of external government & environmental influences.
